~ Deeptissue: is a style of massage that is designed to get into the Connective tissueof the body. I use a variety of techniques to deeply penetrate the muscles and fascia, loosening them and releasing tension. Many clients have a more intense experience with a deeptissuemassage, but also feel that it is more beneficial, because it addresses deep-seated muscle pain, Chronic pain Stress and migraines.
~ Relaxation styles: of massage offer gentle techniques. The goal of relaxation massage is to reduce stress, promote over all wellness, relax muscles, diminish pain, and move body fluids to nourish cells and help remove waste products.
~ Relaxation Massage
With Energy Healing: is a relaxing massage with earth energy. This massage is designed to relax and balance you. It is a gentile massage for the most part. I use firm pressure on the back. A 2 hour massage is best for this type of work.
*Note - In all and all my massages I use a thick oil (caster oil and grapeseed oil) combined with essential oils.
